The Essentials Package includes:

Crawlspace foundation: Includes concrete footings, 4 block tall crawlspace with a gray stucco finish, perimeter drain, and damp proofing on your level lot.  Rock removal and tree clearing is available at an additional cost.

House Set & Dry-in: Includes setting your new home, all structural tie-ins required, and finished roofing.

On-site Finishing: Includes carpentry, drywall, caulking, painting, carpet, tile, electrical, plumbing, siding, gutters, cleaning, and trash removal required to complete the finished area of the home. 

Utility Runs: Includes 50’ of waterline, sewer line, and electrical service.  All fees, taps, and permits required by the utility provider are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Heat & Air System: Includes heat pump, duct work, and digital thermostat.

Grade Work: Includes backfilling the foundation, grading, and sowing the yard around a 25’ perimeter of the home.
